WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE? / DELIVERY TIMES

We endeavour to get all our orders out to our customers as soon as possible; aiming to process orders within 12 hours of receiving them. Depending on your location orders can be expected to arrive anywhere between 3-5 working days in the USA, and up to 10 in Canada and other territories. 

At peak times such as holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer than expected. HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Generally, our Organica Sleep Lotion is delivered by the friendly men and women of USPS using their Tracked Service. If you have ordered multiple products, they may be delivered separately. 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes! For every order placed we send out a shipping confirmation email with your unique tracking details. If you have not received this email within 3 days of placing an order please contact us at contact@organicasleeplotion.com.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

MY DELIVERY HAS ARRIVED BUT SOME/ALL OF THE PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED

Every jar of Organica Sleep Lotion sent out is hand packaged with the greatest care and with the highest standards in quality control to ensure each jar leaves our facility in perfect condition.

Occasionally packages can become damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with our friendly customer advice team via live chatstore form or by email at contact@organicasleeplotion.com with the subject line: 'Damaged order'.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Once an order has been shipped the shipping address cannot be changed.

You may contact us at contact@organicasleeplotion.com or through our live chat to update your address for any future shipments or if your order has not been shipped yet.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with every item you purchase from Organica.  However, we realize that sometimes products fall short of expectation - and whilst for many customers our Advanced Sleep Lotion has amazing effects, for some, it is less effective. That is why we offer our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee; so if you're not entirely happy with your purchase, for any reason, we will refund you 100% of the purchase value of your order once you have returned your order to our returns centre in the United Kingdom. We do not provide pre-paid postage labels or cover the cost of return postage.

HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE TO PROCESS?

Our team works to process your refunds as soon as possible. We aim to refund you within 5-10 working days of your refund request, in most cases, we're able to process them within 3-5 working days. Sometimes the banks can be a bit slow in moving the money through their systems so please note that in some cases, it can take up to 30 days - we wouldn't wish to promise you something we can’t keep.
